Confidentiality and Data Handling Agreement

1. Confidential information

Confidential information includes non-public carrier, driver, employee, customer, prospect, claim, safety, compliance, financial, contract, credential, document, communication, and business information available through ACG Safety, regardless of format.

2. Your duties

• Access and disclose confidential information only for an authorized business need and only to authorized recipients.
• Use the minimum information necessary for the task.
• Prevent viewing by unauthorized people, including on screens, printed materials, downloads, and shared workspaces.
• Verify carrier identity and recipient details before releasing documents or sensitive information.
• Immediately report an unauthorized disclosure, suspicious access, or loss of information.

3. Continuing obligation

Confidentiality and records-protection duties continue after a task ends, access is revoked, employment or engagement ends, or information is removed from the platform.

4. Acknowledgment

By accepting, you acknowledge that unauthorized access, use, or disclosure may harm carriers, individuals, and Amin Consulting Group and may result in loss of access and other action permitted by policy, contract, or law.
