Conditions for authorized access to the ACG Safety internal platform.
1. Scope and authorized use
ACG Safety is a private business system operated by Amin Consulting Group, Inc. Access is limited to invited and approved users acting within their assigned job responsibilities.
Your account and permissions are personal to you. You may use the platform only for legitimate Amin Consulting Group business and only for carriers, records, and functions within your approved scope.
2. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- Protect passwords, verification codes, authenticators, recovery methods, and active sessions.
- Do not share accounts, approve another person’s sign-in, or allow an unauthorized person to use your session.
- Lock or sign out of unattended devices and promptly report suspected compromise.
3. Records and communications
Information entered, uploaded, sent, or received through the platform may become part of an operational, compliance, safety, claim, or audit record. Users must keep records accurate, relevant, professional, and attributable.
Do not alter, conceal, delete, or export records to avoid a legal, contractual, compliance, retention, or audit obligation.
4. Monitoring and enforcement
To protect the organization and its customers, Amin Consulting Group may log and review authentication events, access decisions, record changes, downloads, exports, communications, and administrative actions. Use of the platform is subject to role-based access controls and organizational policies.
Access may be suspended or revoked when required to protect data, investigate an incident, meet a legal obligation, or enforce these terms.
5. Availability and changes
The platform is provided for internal operations and may be changed, restricted, or temporarily unavailable. Material updates to these terms require acceptance of a new version before continued access.
